Prices :

Prices are correct at time of publication and are inclusive of VAT.
Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of an unexpected change in price, you will be informed and offered the chance to reconsider your order.

Cancellations and returns :

Cancelling an Item. If you decide to cancel an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Please call us on (01263) 860335 to inform us.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty.
